Booking Policy

As of June 1st 2023, all appointments 75 min or longer for NEW clients/ clients with a history of no-shows/last minute cancellations will require a 25% non refundable retainer fee that will be used towards your service. If you cancel prior to our policy, we will keep your retainer fee to be used a a future appointment. All spa packages, groups, couples servcies, and some medical services for all clients will require a 50% non refundable retainer fee. We appreciate you understanding as the continued last minute cancellations greatly effect our staff, clients wanting in, and business. Please be mindful when booking, as we hold this spot specially for you and it is extremely hard to fill an appointment with no notice. We do understand emergencies occur and we will address those as needed.

Cancellation Policy

At Bella Day Spa and Transform Medical Spa, your appointments are very important to us. We understand that appointments may need changed or cancelled. We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 48- hours prior for all services and 72 hours prior for all spa packages, so we can fill your spot with clients on our wait list that would love to come visit us. If you do not cancel prior to the 48/72 hour policy, you will be charged 50% of your service price for missing your appointment with your on-file credit card. Any services cancelled same day will be concidered a no show and you will be charge 100% of service fee. If we can fill your spot with a client on our wait list we will not charge you. Any fees left unpaid, will be sent an invoice via email or mail. 

No-Show Policy

If you no-show without notice on the day of your appointment we will charge you 100% of your booked service price with your on-file credit card. You will then have to prepay for all future appointments. Any fees left unpaid, will be sent an invoice via email or mail. 

Late Policy

If you are 10 or more minutes late we may ask you to reschedule your appointment so it will not affect our punctual clients. If we can start you late you will be charged full price, but will recieve a shortened service so it will not affect our punctual clients. If we are unable to take you at the time you arrive, you will be charged for 50% of the service you missed.

Consent/Medical Forms

All clients no matter the service are required to fill out our consent/medical history forms. If forms are not filled out, you will not be taken back for your service and will be required to pay for your missed appointment. If you have trouble filling out your forms, please arrive 20 mins early and we would be happy to assist you. 

Other Policies 

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift certificates purchased can not be returned, no exceptions. You must have your gift card physically with you the day of your service. Gift certificates purchased in the past may not cover the new cost of services, as we raise prices due to increased cost from our suppliers. All gift certificates have a three year expiration date. We may not be able to look up a gift certificate if purchaser doesn't add your name at the time of purchase.

 

It is Bella Spa's policy that no person under the age of 13 can receive any services at the spa other than nails. Ages 13 - 15 must have parental consent and have a parent or guardian in the room at the time of the service. Ages 16- 17 must have parental consent to receive services.

At Bella Day Spa and Transform Med Spa, we strive to provide a serene and relaxing environment for all our clients. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we have established the following policy regarding children:

Children Policy:

  • Children are not permitted to accompany clients to their spa appointments unless they have a scheduled appointment with us. This policy is in place to maintain a peaceful atmosphere and to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.

  • Exceptions may be made for children who have their own scheduled spa services. In such cases, please inform us in advance to ensure appropriate arrangements can be made.

  • If you need to bring your child with you for any reason, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment or make alternative arrangements for childcare.

- Lash lifts, certain facials, certain waxing services, medical treatments, foot detox, etc.

Groups

All Groups will be asked to sign a contract and put a 50% non- refundable retainer fee down to hold appointments. You may only change the services you are schedule for 7 days prior or cancel 7 day prior. You will only get back 25% of your down payment if you cancel before 7 days and none if you cancel within the 7 days. You will be responsible to pay 20% gratuity added to each service and head of group is responsible for paying if clients don't show up the day of.

Please be sure to lock all items in your lockers. We cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items. Our prices are subject to change at any time.  All groups must come 30 min early.  Thank you for understanding.
